Feeling stuck or overwhelmed by your wellness goals? You’re not alone. One of the biggest obstacles to progress is trying to do too much at once. Instead of chasing multiple changes all at once, simplify your approach—commit to just one thing this week.


Small, focused efforts lead to big wins. Here’s how to make it happen:

  1. Pick ONE priority for the week—just one. Make it something that feels realistic and meaningful.

  2. Choose something you’ve struggled to fit in but would feel great accomplishing. Maybe it’s drinking more water, getting to bed earlier, or adding mobility work to your routine.

  3. Track your success! Use a checklist, an app, or simply cross it off daily to stay accountable.



The key? Keep it simple. Progress builds when you focus on consistency, not perfection. One week, one habit at a time—you’ve got this!
