Move Well. Feel Strong.
Pursue Your Goals Fearlessly.

Together, we build a personalized plan that fits your life, supports your goals, and helps you move with confidence.

You used to trust your body without thinking about it.

Now things are holding you back, whether it's a knee that won't quite settle down, a hip that flares after a run, a shoulder you've quietly stopped using at the gym.

But in reality, It's rarely just the knee, or the hip, or the shoulder that slows us down. It's when everything built around being able to move causes you to stop: the race you were training for, the pickup game you stopped showing up to, noticing you’re tired all the time and your body isn’t working like it used to.

For a lot of active people, movement isn't just a hobby. Movement is how you stay yourself. "Just take it easy" can feel like a threat to the whole life you've built around staying active.

What most people actually need isn't more rest. What's needed is clarity: what's really going on, what to do about it, and someone genuinely in their corner while they do the work.

That's what lets you keep chasing the goals that matter to you - fearlessly.

You've probably already tried to push through it on your own. Most of our clients have, before they found us.

Sound familiar?
  • The same three exercises, every session with no real sense of whether they're actually working

  • Knowing strength training would help for the knee, the back, the return-to-sport goal, the desire to be able to keep up with your kids - but not knowing where to start or finding the time

  • Feeling like "just a number" at a past PT experience, with no one invested in why getting back to your sport or your routine actually matters to you

We built Fearless Pursuit because we kept hearing this same story from active people all over Snohomish County - and we knew there was a better way to do it.

This is for you if:

  • You're active — running, hiking, lifting, playing a sport — and you're not willing to just accept losing that

  • You've tried the traditional route and left feeling rushed, handed the same exercises every visit, or unsure if anyone was really tracking your progress

  • You want a real plan, not another "give it time" — someone to tell you exactly what's going on and what to do about it

Every Client Gets:

  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy, 1:1, every single session: never handed off to an assistant or tech

  • That same doctor in their corner between visits: real-time app access, video form checks, and direct communication, not just a paper handout

  • A plan that evolves with them: from pain relief through strength and long-term performance goals, without starting over with someone new

"Shannon is fantastic! ... She was very thorough in our phone consultation (which is free), and after seeing me one time in person was able to diagnose exactly what the issue was and come up with an effective plan. ... Here's What We Do

Everyone starts with a Free Consultation Call: A no-pressure, 15–20 minute conversation to talk through where you're starting from, what's been holding you back, and what success actually looks like for you. You'll leave with real recommendations and a clear next step.

Performance Evaluation

A comprehensive, one-on-one movement and performance assessment that identifies the true root cause of your pain or limitation and builds your personalized roadmap forward. This is where in-person plans begin. You’ll leave knowing exactly what's going on and what comes next.

Hybrid Performance & Rehab Coaching

In-person sessions combined with ongoing virtual support through our training app: customized workouts, video coaching, and direct communication between visits. Your recovery becomes a foundation for long-term performance instead of a temporary fix.

Virtual Performance Coaching

Full coaching support from anywhere: personalized strength programming, progressive training, injury prevention, and ongoing guidance — built for people who want expert support without needing to be local.

Meet Shannon

Getting back to the things you love shouldn't require settling for generic care. That's exactly why Fearless Pursuit exists.

When Shannon became a physical therapist, she kept running into the same wall: the traditional model didn't leave room for the kind of individualized, ongoing support that actually creates lasting change.

So she built something different: a practice where every plan is designed around your goals, your body, and your life, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

That means you're never handed off to an assistant, never doing the same three exercises on repeat wondering if they're working, and never left guessing what to do between sessions. You get direct access to real feedback, a plan that adapts as your life does, and someone who's genuinely invested in helping you get back to what you love, whether that's your sport, your next race, or simply trusting your body again.

Shannon Taylor is the founder of Fearless Pursuit Physical Therapy and has spent the past eight years helping athletes and active adults recover from setbacks, build confidence, and keep pursuing the things they love. Whether she's working with clients in Snohomish or virtually, her goal is always the same: helping people trust their bodies again. Outside the clinic, you'll usually find her strength training, hiking, running, or enjoying a round of golf with her husband, son, and adventure-loving husky, Akira.
